Before and after pictures of this rebuild project.

We used Poly Fiber 102 material. We did the required repairs to the wing structure and then primed using Randolf Epibond epoxy.

Wing taped and up thru the Poly Brush stage.

Six coats of Poly Spray with a 600 grit sanding with water every other coat. then four coats of Poly Tone Rancho Silver.

We fabricated the strut cuffs using a pattern from the International Cessna 120-140.org. This added a real nice look. the tie down rings are from Thompson Air , you can get the contact info from the 120-140.org site.

This is the holding fixture we used while replacing the landing gear box bulkheads.

Sky Catch door catches installed. This is a must have item . It's the most functional door catch for the money. Contact info on the 120-140.org site. These can be installed on anything with a strut. We have installed these on TriPacers with great sucess also.
